Boost Coaching
We can wax lyrical about the benefits of coaching: a safe space to think, gain some insights and focus on your goals. What’s not to love? We use brain-based techniques, based on neuroscience to set some challenging goals and then partner with you to ensure you achieve them. Given we are all different, our approach may vary depending on your needs as a client.
Our sessions balance challenge and support creating a safe space to think, reflect and ponder.
We use tools and models appropriate to the situation especially in the beginning as we spend time getting to know our clients
You are in safe hands: as coaches we have regular supervision, and manage the boundaries and ethics as defined by the ICF.
We also offer a number of group coaching programmes including Inclusion, Womens Development, Retirement planning and Graduate Coaching programmes.
